Pierrot’s Troupe Performed Play at SRMSWCET

Pierrot’s Troupe performed play “ To Gandhiji with Spelling Mistakes” on Sept 22, 2014 at SRMSWCET. The play is based on the story by eminent writer Khwaja Ahmad Abbas. The solo performance was a heartrending account of a letter writtem by a muslim boy to Gandhiji in broken enlish immediately after latter’s death.

Rice Donation for Harmony Pulav held on 13.10.2014

For the preparation & distribution of Harmany Pulav for Communal Harmony, an initiative by Amar Ujala, the faculty members, students and Non-teaching/Supporting staff donated two fists of rice on 13.09.2014

Freshers Party 2014 held on September 20 , 2014

Fresher party was organized by 2nd year students (2013 Batch) of SRMSWCET for the First Years students batch (2010 Batch) on September 20 , 2014. The occasion was inagurated with the garlanding, worship of goddess Saraswati & Saraswati vandana. Honurable Chairman Shri Dev Murti ji along with the Trust Administrator Prof. Subhash Mehra, Principal Prof. (Dr.) T D Bisht, & Dean Academics Shri Anuj Kumar.On this occasion various cultural programs like dance, music, fashion show etc were held. The Party concluded with the High Tea for Facullty members & students.

Seventh Orientation Programme 2014 held at SRMSWCET

7 th Orientation Programme was held for the Ist students of B.Tech & MBA on August 26,2014. The programmme was inagurated with the garlanding, worship of goddess Saraswati & Saraswati vandana. Honurable Chairman Shri Dev Murti ji along with the Trust Administrator Prof. Subhash Mehra, Principal Prof. (Dr.) T D Bisht, & Dean Academics Shri Anuj Kumar inspired the students with their motivating words.

HARYALI TEEJ- MEHANDI COMPETITION

On the auspicious occasion of ‘Haryali Teej’, MEHANDI COMPETITION was organized by VERVE CLUB on 31st july 2014. The function was inaugurated by the blessings of Chairman sir Shri Dev Murti Ji and Principal Dr. T. D. Bisht Sir. Honourable chairman sir shown his trust over the belief that all the students of institute will not only success in professional life but will also successfully manage their family in future. Students from various courses participated in thi competition and wondered the viewers by their creative talent. At the end of competition judgment was done and results announced. Winners received prizes from esteemed dignitaries of the institute. All students and staff member wish Haryali Teej to each other.
